Today we put a contingent contract down on a new house. If we can sell our house in the next 45 days we will be moving this summer!Last weekend we were out yardsailing. We were minding our own business, buying beanie babies and camera bags when suddenly the house of our dreams decided to have an open house next door to a yard sale.
We thought to ourselves, "Let's just walk though and refine what we will be looking for this fall..." Suddenly we were scrambling to figure out how to buy it before someone else does.
--The kids are excited more than BR and me!!

Nice new potential digs. Our house is on the market too...and we've locked into a house rental in Mill Valley CA, just outside of San Francisco. It will be a busy summer indeed! May the real estate gods shine on us both.
