Back Again...

Tomorrow I'm signing up for Weight Watchers at Work. I totally suck at the diet and need some structure. I've had some positive progress with working out most evenings. I have given up Soda and drink about 4 20 oz bottles of water at work. For those of you counting, that's about 10 trips to the Ladies room 30 to 45 minutes apart. I know....TMI.
