When you are a fat guy, wearing ties is a pain in the neck. (yuck-yuck-yuck I crack myself up)
I look forward to having my neck back.
When I am slimmer, all my clothes fit better. My pants stay up better. T-Shirts don't bind in my arm pits.
--Even my damn shoes fit better...
